Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 48 hours. Customers will be notified by email once their order has been processed and shipped.


Shipping Times & Carrier Responsibility

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by USPS or UPS. While we do our absolute best to ship orders promptly, once a carrier takes possession of a package, we have no control over shipping delays.

Once a shipping company has taken possession of an order, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. In the event an order is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact us. No refund or exchange will be issued until the carrier has confirmed the package is lost.


Weather & Holiday Delays

Shipping delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, or high carrier volume are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.


Shipping Fees & Methods

Large items, such as hats, may incur an additional shipping fee and will ship via ground service unless the customer selects a different shipping method at checkout.


Free Shipping Exclusions

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Orders shipping internationally

  • Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii

  • Orders containing hats


International, Alaska & Hawaii Shipping

If you would like to purchase a product and have it shipped internationally, to Alaska, or to Hawaii, please contact our store directly at 303-425-0055 for a shipping quote.

Customers shipping internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii are responsible for all shipping costs, including any applicable taxes and duties.


Returns & Return Shipping

If an order needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Orders that are refused or unclaimed and returned to us may be subject to return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, you must contact us within 72 hours of package delivery. If we are not notified within this timeframe, we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement for the missing item.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to eligible locations within the United States, excluding Washington, DC and the State of New York. Orders placed with shipping addresses in excluded locations may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

Due to California state regulations, certain products made from specific leathers or animal materials cannot be shipped to California. Orders containing restricted items with a California shipping address may be canceled and refunded.
